Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association is a neighborhood that is bound by Camp Bowie Boulevard to the north & west, Interstate 30 to the south, and Montgomery Street to the east
Arlington Heights is a central city neighborhood located four miles west of downtown Fort Worth in the heart of the Cultural District. Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association (AHNA) was founded in the 1970s by a group of neighbors and was re-organized in 1999 with the goal of building a strong neighborhood community. The boundaries include more than 2,500 households. Any resident, property owner or business within the boundaries is encouraged to become a member of the voluntary association.
The mission of AHNA is to function as a resource and clearinghouse of information to the neighborhood and provides support and advocacy to the general Arlington Heights community. Part of the mandate of the association is to assist our neighbors and help them navigate their way to solutions for problems like speeding traffic and crumbling sidewalks. At the city level, AHNA represents a neighborhood voice to address issues affecting Arlington Heights, such as incompatible new development, zoning changes and inadequate storm sewers.
